The Delivery information

We don’t ship to PO boxes.

Deliveries will be made within 5-14 working days from order placement.

Orders will be dispatched within 24hrs (excluding weekends) upon receiving the order and payment.

We deliver to: EU, USA, Canada, Norway, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Australia, United Arab Emirates, Brasil.

Delivery time shown in cart and order is approximate and it depends on circumstances we cannot affect to. For example: local postal service delays, customs procedures.

The Return policy

If you are unsatisfied with some of goods purchased, you can return that products to us within 5 working days from the date of delivery.

If you want to return goods, please send a request by email to shop@cuddle-cuddle.com, with information: the order number, product code, product name, quantity and shortly describe the reason You don’t like it, i.e. bad item’s quality, damaged package and so on. We’ll send you Document of return which you’ll need to add it to the returned goods.

You can return the goods if they are not used.
